$920,000 Jury Verdict: Motorcycle crash

Our client suffered a fractured pelvic bone and underwent surgery on both wrists. The defendant, who hit our client, testified he had the right of way and that the Plaintiff was actually at fault. At trial, our team of experienced trial attorneys was able to show through the use of aerial imagery and expert accident reconstruction testimony that the defendant driver caused the crash. In addition, our team utilized expert testimony from a traffic engineer regarding local traffic signals which proved our client had the right of way and was not at fault. The jury agreed.
