Jay Manuel

Jay Manuel opened his personal injury law practice in Panama City over 20-years ago. From the very beginning, Mr. Manuel focused his practice on matters involving serious personal injury and wrongful death, and has fought insurance companies time and time again to ensure a just settlement for his clients.

Mr. Manuel earned his law degree from Florida State University, and is now licensed to practice law before all Florida state courts, the US District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the US Claims Court, and the US Supreme Court. He is one of less than 1-percent of practicing Florida lawyers to earn board certification in Civil Trial Law from the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Manuel is also a member of the Alabama State Bar.
